Prevention of Sexual Harassment at workplace Training

Sexual harassment at a workplace is considered a serious violation of a woman's fundamental right to equality, life and liberty under the Indian Constitution. It creates an insecure and hostile work environment, which discourages women participating in work, thereby adversely affecting their social and economic growth. With this goal in mind, the legislature formulated the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013.

Our first webinar in our E-Talk series talks about this act and addresses the questions that you may have in regards to what qualifies as a sexual harassment at a work place.

Ms. Kiron Prabhakar, founder partner - PAV law offices, an ELSA, graduated in English(H)-1982, LLB, LLM will be presenter for this webinar. She has worked extensively in the area of sexual harassment of women at workplace. She has organised workshops to educate the employees of various organisations in respect to the provisions of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013.
