An ELSA Initiative
The Mission: The ELSA Scholarships were set up with the mission to support the education of talented, self-driven and deserving young women who have merit and yearn to continue their education at Lady Shri Ram College, but are constrained for resouces. ELSAs – LSR alumni - join hands to give wings to their dreams and aspirations.
The Scholarship Fund: A fund created through contributions from ex-students of LSR College has abeen active, and will now continue to be supported by the ELSA Association to raise money for the stated mission. The amount raised is given to the College and maintained in a separate bank account by College.
Target: We hope to increase the corpus to Rs. 1 crore to be able to fund up to 50 scholarships every year. This target is easily achievable – all it needs is every ELSA to contribute Rs. 1,000/- . Contributions over and above this are welcome.
Make this your annual mission. Join us in empowering and educating deserving young women. Click here to see how you can contribute.
