AGM and Annual Dinner

The Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held at Lady Shri Ram College on the second Saturday of September every year, unless the change is notified to the Members at least one month in advance. This meeting, shall statutorily consider the following:

• Approval of previous year's audited accounts,
• Election of the Members of the Executive Committee, if due,
• Ratification of the appointment of auditors,
• Appointment of legal advisors, if any,
• Examination of any proposal duly submitted to the Executive Committee 30 days prior to the Annual General Meeting and approved by the Executive Committee for discussion
• Conduct any other business with permission of the Chair

The ELSA Annual Dinner will be planned for the same evening. Details will be shared with the Members well in advance in order to register and attend the event.
