- Members are required to carry their ELSA membership card or a copy of it when they seek to avail of the services. Family members should carry a copy of an a member authorization letter, a copy of the card and their own Govt. issued ID.
- This benefit cannot be clubbed with any other offer from BFI that they may offer from time to time.
