Invitation to ELSA IHC Talk Series- 'Tackling Gender Stereotypes at Work'

The LSR Alumni Association, ELSA, in collaboration with India Habitat Center (IHC) will present the first ELSA-IHC panel discussion on ‘Tackling Gender Stereotypes at Work’ on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 7.00 pm at Gulmohar Hall, IHC, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.

The panel discussion is a part of the ELSA IHC Talk Series being organised over the next few months to discuss issues and challenges in addressing gender diversity, parity and inclusion.

Think about this- if you are a woman, chances are you could make only about 80% of what men make and this gap will continue for the next 42 years until 2059. How do we change the attitude of men and women to not reproduce gender stereotypes? How can organisations address parity issues? This is what we hope to examine and discuss with our learned panel.
