This is to advise you that the 4th Annual General Meeting of the ELSA Association (members only), is being held on the Saturday, 9th September 2017. The details are below and on our website www.lsralumna.org.

11.00 am – 12.00 pm Annual General Meeting of the ELSA Association
Venue: Manju Bharat Ram Conference Room, 1st Floor, New Block, LSR College, Lajpat Nagar IV, New Delhi – 110 024
All eligible members are requested to make it convenient to attend the meeting.
If any member wishes to have a discussion on an item / point raised by her, the same needs to be submitted to the Executive Committee 30 days prior to the Annual General Meeting. Please send an email with the details to email@example.com with “4th AGM – ELSA Alumni Association” in the subject line.
As per Rule 12c of the Rules of the Alumni Association, the Executive Committee shall consist of 12 members elected by the General Body. For the 2nd Executive Committee Elections 2017-2019, the number of candidates is the same as the requisite number of Executive Committee members. Hence, a decision has been taken that the process of voting, for selection of candidates, will now not be carried out and the voting schedule released earlier stands withdrawn. The results will be formally announced at the AGM on 9th September 2017.
Registered ELSA Association Members, whose membership fee is not in arrears, only can attend the AGM. Please do carry your ELSA Membership Cards if they have been issued to you. Alumni who enroll at the venue before the AGM and pay Membership Fees / dues can also attend the AGM.
